  1. You must be in โ€œmedium/shoutingโ€ mode within the game to make any type of voice (assault, kidnapping or approach).

  2. Members of the Photography Service on duty cannot be assaulted or kidnapped.

  3. Police corporations can also request Swat for crews in situations of great danger or when the number is extremely unfavorable, respecting common sense and necessity.

  4. If the illegal agent manages to request Swat, all available members of the faction are allowed to provide reinforcements. If the individual has already surrendered (hands up), the others will not be able to provide Swat.

  5. Farm items: They are considered illegal from 250 units and if caught by the police you will be arrested.

  6. Alliances between factions are permitted to carry out street actions, with a limit of 1 (one) alliance. It is forbidden to ally with anyone who sells the same product as you, for example: a faction that sells Five Seven with a faction that sells Five Seven.

  7. It is forbidden to request Swat from the allied faction when it is not part of the action. Alliances can act together on the track when they start the action together, in which case both can request Swat from their members.

  8. The maximum number of police officers required to conduct a group stop is 8 (eight) police officers, with a maximum of 2 (two) vehicles and 2 GTM. This number may only be exceeded if the group to be stopped is larger than 6 (six) people, in which case the standard Swat rule applies.

  9. In pursuits, the Swat is limited to a MAXIMUM of 3 (three) vehicles and 2 (two) GTM. The maximum number of police officers is 8 (eight) against the criminals. This number can only be exceeded if the group being pursued is larger than 6 (six) people, in which case the standard Swat rule applies. In the case of confirmed CODE 5, the Swat may be total.

  10. It is forbidden to shoot from inside armored vehicles. It is permitted to use them on the track, but it is necessary to get out of the vehicle to exchange fire.

  11. It is forbidden to abuse vehicles that are fully armored (no bullets can pass through them), abuses such as: Hitting another car on purpose until it is damaged or exploded, running over people (VDM). If you abuse it once, you will be warned in the city, and if you abuse it twice, you will permanently lose the right to own the vehicle.

  12. In escapes, illegal races and ATMs, the use of firearms is prohibited, only clean escapes. The maximum number of vehicles to accompany vehicles in a clean escape is 2 for each vehicle.

  13. A street action is officially over 5 minutes after the shooting stops. SAMU can only be called after the end of an action.

  14. During street action, police and criminals are only allowed to search at the end of the action.

  15. The maximum number of bandits to rob in a group is 8 (eight) people, with a maximum of 3 (three) vehicles.

  16. It is not permitted to start an escape without a reason, for example: not having anything illegal and wanting to escape just for fun.

  17. After surrendering, a person cannot fight back (anti-love of life). Once surrendered, always surrendered. In this sense, killing someone who has surrendered will be considered RDM.

  18. During escapes, light โ€œrampsโ€ are permitted (ramps, medium heights, etc.).

  19. In street actions, it is allowed to use the โ€œEโ€ when the fainting time is up, as long as there is no one searching you or interacting with your body (e.g. carrying) or if there are paramedics on site.

  20. It is forbidden to carry a body while occupying P1 (steering wheel) of any vehicle (power gaming).

  21. It is strictly forbidden to escape into safe areas or red areas (faction bases, organizations, etc.). It will be considered abuse of safe areas/red areas.

  22. During a chase, police officers cannot enter risk areas, even to continue a street action. In this case, the person who fled to the faction during the escape will be warned, and if this behavior is repeated, the faction will receive a warning. The only exception is if, after an action is initiated outside the red area, criminals flee into it and from inside shoot at the police. In this case, the police are authorized to enter and end the action and loot if they win.

  23. In case of faction rivalry, bandits cannot enter a red area, only marking an Invasion or war.

  24. It is forbidden to force roleplay, that is, to give the finger, provoke and swear unnecessarily to force an approach. If the police decided to abandon the action (gave QTA), it should not be pursued.

  25. The police may only shoot an individual if he or she poses a risk to the lives of the police officers, innocent bystanders, is playing power games, or if weapons are visible. In the case of visible weapons, the police are authorized to use code 5 (shoot to kill). After the police open fire, the criminals may return fire.

  26. When stopping a vehicle: if it is unlocked, the police must take you to the nearest police station to arrest the vehicle. If the vehicle is locked, the police officer is authorized to arrest you wherever you are.

  27. Kidnappings can be carried out without police involvement (street kidnapping) and can only be carried out by members of a faction. In this case, negotiation is free and PVP is prohibited, and the value of each hostage cannot exceed $20,000 in clean money.

  28. Members of a faction can be kidnapped by another faction, as long as there is no abuse and "marking", each faction can only perform 1 kidnapping per day.
